Well, we are just as excited for you to get it, so this is a classic win-win scenario! 

We can't control the exact speed of our printing partners (your product isn't made until you order it), but we do only partner with print shops that get things done very quickly. 

Most of the time, an order will be delivered within 2-4 business days after it is printed, and it will normally be printed in 1-2 business days.

If you absolutely have to have it sooner than that, you can certainly choose some sort of rabbit-fast shipping during checkout. We feed our rabbits a lot of carrots, so they are ready run....well...hop very quickly! 

Can I return something that I purchased through this website?

It will break our hearts that you didn't absolutely fall in love with the product that you got, but yes, we will take that product back.

Simply contact us to let us know why you are returning the item so we can fix whatever the problem was and figure out what we need to do to make it right for you.

We will give you a return address, and then you just have to drop the item into a shipping container that will protect it from damage and keep it company during its sad journey back home.

Once the product is received back to our home base, we will refund your full purchase price, including whatever you paid for shipping. We will try our best to  find it a new forever home, assuming there isn't some type of defect. If the item was defective in any way, we will of course replace it free of charge.
