We can't control the exact speed of our printing partners (your product isn't made until you order it), but we do only partner with print shops that get things done very quickly. 

Most of the time, an order will be delivered within 3-5 business days after it is printed, and it will normally be printed in 2-3 business days.

If you absolutely have to have it sooner than that, you can certainly choose some sort of rabbit-fast shipping during checkout. We feed our rabbits a lot of carrots, so they are ready to run....well...hop very quickly! 

Can I get a refund for something that I purchase through this website?

It will break our hearts that you didn't absolutely fall in love with the product that you got, but yes, we will absolutely give you a refund.

Simply contact us to let us know why you weren't satisfied so we can fix whatever the problem was and figure out what we need to do to make it right for you.

We will refund your full purchase price, and of course replace your product free of charge. You loving your experience is all that matters - everything else is just details.
